Caveat Emptor Costumes Badlands Costume Contest Loot Donation

If you are looking to make a statement when you enter a room, start shopping at Caveat Emptor Historical Millinery! Bold and beautiful, these pieces add that something extra to any steampunk outfit.

All hats are one of a kind and made from recycled hat bases, vintage ornaments and ribbons, and dyed to match feathers. They take orders for custom millinery based on color, style, or to match your historical photograph or image.

Cost is $4 in costume for 21+, and $7 for those under 21 & people not in costume.
