Studio Sweet Steampunk Ball Costume Contest Loot Donation

Studio Sweet provides a great variety of polymer clay work along with excellent chainmaille and jewelry! I cannot get over how awesome the little steampunk hats with goggle earrings came out, and she is just getting started on some of her steampunk creations!

Cthulhu lovers unite, check out her Cthulhu and Mrs. Cthulhu pieces on her facebook page. While normally focusing on anime and game related material she is branching out, and excellently, into the steampunk and HP Lovecraft pieces.

Who is Studio Sweet?
Jen Sweet, owner of Studio Sweet is located in San Antonio. Jen makes handmade jewelry out of chanmail and charms out of polymer clay. Her charms are mostly video game, anime, and comic inspired and can be added to necklaces, bracelets, earrings, keychains, cell phone straps, bookmarks, etc. Watch her updates for more Steampunk geared chainmaille pieces as well. I am really excited to see how she develops the new pieces. I had a sneak peek of some earrings that looked perfect.

Rosewood Stitches, owned by Linda Lindsey and based in Humble, TX, has been sewing for over 30 years. She discovered the Society for Creative Anachronism 23 years ago and got hooked on costuming. In 2004 Linda got clean and stayed that way by working in Iraq for 2 1/2 years. Upon returning to the States, she fell off the wagon as soon as she discovered Steampunk. Linda is more than happy to be hooked again. Rosewood Stitches also enjoys doing panels on plus sized costuming at conventions.

Rosewood Stitches items are all handmade, machine sewn and hand finished. The hats are made from scratch out of buckram and wire and no two are the same.

Bring out the global nomads, the absinthe inspired inventions and the noble nobles that fund these daring quests of discovery.

New Lapel Pin Design

This is a new direction I am going with the lapel/hat/bag pins. I recently created a custom order for a German Belly Dancing Group and the pieces we similar in design. They are a little more expensive than the simple lapel pins so I won't be making as many but I look forward to getting more designs worked up.
